Jake and team are just amazing! I have never met a more hardworking, trustworthy contractor. What sets Jake apart is his passion for what he does. He cares about doing everything right the first time and stands by the quote he gives you even if things come up during the process. He was always on time and a great communicator. Our project was even done in the exact time he said it would take! Jake is also unique because he offers design services too. We actually came into our bathroom remodel with a design, but he came up with some incredible ideas to add to it that we ended up using! Jake is awesome and I will use him for all of our bathroom remodels moving forward!

Jake and his team were fabulous! We unexpectedly were thrown into a massive home remodel because of a flood in our house. Jake stepped into all of my stress and created order and a thorough plan. He and his team truly created the bathroom of my dreams! He was very detail oriented and planned out every step of the way so we wouldn’t run into hiccups. Jake was extremely professional and thorough with his repair. We called him out originally for a phantom leak. After multiple visits we discovered it wasnâ t anything to do with the shower or other plumbing but directly with a poor installation of tiling in the bathroom. He repaired the areas where he cut out pieces of dry wall to look up in the ceiling for the leak and installed a 12â trap door under breath the shower pan for future access. His dry walling expertise is excellent. We have textured ceilings and he matched the texture to where you cannot even tell there was a repair. I would highly recommend Jake and Bramlet Home improvement to anyone. We will definitely be using him exclusively in the future.
